At Going Vegan, we believe that good health is all-encompassing and requires a holistic approach. That’s why we offer personalized nutrition counseling where you can have a one-on-one discussion with a nutrition professional.
We understand that switching to a plant-based diet is a great way to take control of your health and contribute to the well-being of the planet. However, it can be daunting to make the transition on your own. That’s where we come in. We provide professional guidance to help you transition to a plant-based lifestyle safely and effectively.
During your private session with Russell (our Nutrition Director), you’ll receive a customized eating plan that caters to your unique needs and ensures you get all the nutrients required for optimal health on your plant-based diet. We are committed to helping you feel successful as you transition into Going Vegan.
Your counselor should know as much as possible about your physiology to determine your nutrient needs.
45-minute follow-ups are available to answer remaining questions and help keep you on track as you acclimate to Going Vegan.
30-minute check-ins are quick meetings to answer short questions, hear concerns, and develop the following steps on your vegan journey.
